Shipping fees for ALL orders will now be a simple flat rate, based on dollar spend. Currently these rates are as follows:

• Order value before shipping $0-$49.99 - shipping fee $10
• Order value before shipping $50-$149.99 - shipping fee $15
• Order value before shipping over $150 - shipping is FREE

We won't judge: It doesn't matter whether you order 1 item or 10 - or live in Auckland or Nightcaps - the same flat rate applies as above.

What to expect: a brand new, never used, never activated product in original packaging.

Un-boxed, Grade Like New
What to expect: these products are un-boxed and either never used, never activated devices, or un-boxed and used briefly as sample devices. In perfect working technical condition and almost new physical condition with virtually no signs of wear, screen is unscratched, body may have minor mark but no scratch or dent.

Pre-Owned, Grade A+
What to expect: these devices are pre-owned, but have passed an extensive functionality and cosmetic check. In perfect working technical condition and almost new physical condition with virtually no signs of wear, screen is unscratched, body may have a minor mark but no scratch or dent

Pre-Owned, Grade A
What to expect: these devices are pre-owned, but have passed an extensive functionality and cosmetic check. In perfect working technical condition and excellent physical condition, they are typical of a device that has spent its life in a protective case and may have a minor scratch on the screen, body will have have a minor mark and/or dent.

Ex Lease, Grade A
What to expect: most of these devices are Ex Corporate Lease (usually a 2 year period) but have passed an extensive functionality and cosmetic check. They are in perfect working technical condition and excellent physical condition with little signs of wear, body may have a minor mark, scratch or dent.

Grade B
What to expect: You may find an occasional Grade B product for sale here. These devices have passed an extensive functionality and cosmetic check. They are in perfect working technical condition, but have moderate cosmetic damage such as deeper scratches, dents and cracks in the casing. We are more wary of sourcing these products, and the moderate cosmetic wear is a sign of a machine not so well cared for. We believe our customers deserve better.

Refurbished, Grade A
What to expect: Refurbished Grade A is the very best quality that you could reasonably expect from a refurbished Device. Grade A refurbished devices are in near-mint condition, they will be at an excellent cosmetic level and will show next to no signs of previous use.
