Brought a laptop and before it was delivered I received a very apologetic email that there was a scratch on the the lid, Purely cosmetic issue and in all honesty I think you needed to be part of a CSI team to see it. But they checked to make sure I would be happy before sending it AND gave me a discount. 100% service award here.

Insanely efficient service... I swear these people don't sleep. I was missing 2 invoices because I didn't register an account and the time it took for my inquiry email to be replied with the correct invoices (they had to find my orders first within that time) was literally 2 minutes.
